QHSE MANAGER Summary: The QHSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health, safety, environment, and quality programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. This role involves leading a team of HSEQ professionals, conducting risk assessments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the company. Key Responsibilities: Health & Safety: Develop and enforce health and safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections. Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions. Promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards. Oversee waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives. Conduct environmental impact assessments and audits. Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain quality management systems (QMS). Ensure product quality meets industry standards and customer expectations. Conduct internal quality audits and manage external audits. Leadership & Training: Lead and mentor the QHSE team. Provide training and development programs for employees. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in QHSE roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position within the cement or related industry. Skills: Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations and standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in risk assessment and incident investigation. Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Certifications Desired: DOT HAZMAT, TWIC Working Conditions: This role may require working in various environments, including office settings, manufacturing plants, and outdoor sites.
