This is a professional environment with a stable company!Job Description:Respond to residential and commercial alarm signals, based on established company policies and procedures, when triggered and alerted on computerAnswer high-volume of phone calls, strong computer skillsRespond to residential and commercial alarm signals, based on company policies and procedures, when triggered and alerted on computer monitorDispatch security or emergency personnel, if applicable, to premises after receiving alarm signalInteract with customers, customer emergency contacts, and emergency dispatchers while responding to residential and/or business alarm signalsEstablish and maintain rapport during dispatch calls with fire, medical, and law enforcement agencies throughout the United StatesUnderstand and use correct interdepartmental procedures and policies when interfacing with other departmentsGreat phone etiquette, comfortable speaking with clients on the phonePerform basic troubleshootingQualificationsStrong verbal and written skills required - able to handle a high call volume and excellent customer serviceType a minimum of 40wpmAnswer high-volume of phone callsStrong computer skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsBenefitsWe recognize people as our most valuable asset.
