Full Charge Bookkeeper (CPA Firm for Property Managers)

CPA firm is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper. The office hours are full time Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. This is a permanent opportunity that will provide some benefits after the successful completion of a 90 day probationary period. The Certified Public Accountant company focuses their efforts on performing accounting, bookkeeping, payroll services, filing of quarterly and annual taxes for property management companies and condor or HOA associations. This is a junior bookkeeping position that requires at least 1 year of experience and is a wonderful opportunity for an individual who is interested in being mentored and gaining more experience and responsibility. The Bookkeeper will be assigned several small business accounts. Perform bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, payroll services on less than 15 employees as well as work closely with the firms owner/CPA in quarterly filings.
