Role description:

The Document Controller will be responsible to assist the Project Control team with providing them with the data as needed to develop the weekly dashboards and other reports.

Role accountabilities:

Must be very familiar with products such MS Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint and, in general, be in charge of the overall document management of the project, assisting proactively in establishing a user-friendly and efficient project folder directory, maintaining it up to date on a daily basis. Responsible for formatting and proofreading all outgoing formal correspondence with the client and other stakeholders, including meeting minutes, letters, action trackers, memoranda, reports etc. Will be required to organize meeting, whether in person or on-line, per Project Director or Project Managers requests, to format and circulate agendas as well as to book and prepare appropriate conference rooms when needed. Responsible for developing and maintaining effective and user-friendly document logs for all types of documents received and transmitted, and for establishing a structured reminders routine for the actions owners to be notified when pending actions are becoming due. The Document Controller must be able to multi-task and operate with minimal direction and supervision, must possess outstanding organizational skills, strong written communications skills, and good interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum seven (7) years of experience in the administration of design and construction projects, able to confidently perform a variety of administrative and office support tasks

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
