Position: Systems Integration Analyst
SafetyCall International/Pet Poison Helpline, a 15-year Star Tribune Top Workplace winner, is seeking an experienced IT leader for the role of Systems Integration Analyst. This role involves analysis, design, and implementation support for systems solutions and technology systems to meet organizational needs. The analyst will work closely with various teams to identify operational and system requirements, improve processes through new system implementations or enhancements, and provide project management support for technical projects.
This position reports to the Director of Information Services and is primarily remote, with the requirement to work onsite every Tuesday if within 45 miles of Bloomington, MN. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in IT or Computer Information Systems; relevant experience may substitute.
At least five years of experience in program analysis and design.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with BI, data analysis, and visualization tools.
Experience with database platforms like Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript (preferred but not required).
Understanding of project management methodologies.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and APIs.
Experience with enterprise telephony systems (preferred).
Proven project management skills, vendor management, and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical information to non-technical audiences.
Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and ability to adapt to change.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and outside normal hours as needed.
