Systems Integration Analyst

SafetyCall International/Pet Poison Helpline, a 15-Year Star Tribune Top Workplace winner, is seeking an experienced IT leader for the role of Systems Integration Analyst. This role involves providing analysis, design, and support for system solutions to meet organizational needs. The analyst will collaborate with various teams to analyze operational requirements and improve processes through new or enhanced systems. Additionally, the role includes project management responsibilities related to systems technology. This position reports to the Director of Information Services and offers full-time, remote work options, with onsite work required every Tuesday for candidates within 45 miles of Bloomington, MN. Occasional travel may be necessary. About us: SafetyCall International (SCI) and its Pet Poison Helpline (PPH) division are an independent, 24/7 adverse event management and poison control center based in Bloomington, MN. Established in 2004, SCI is internationally recognized for its healthcare expertise, dedicated to making the world a safer place, serving clients and communities around the clock. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Information Systems; relevant experience may substitute. At least five years of experience in program analysis and design. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with BI tools, data analysis, and visualization. Knowledge of database platforms like SQL Server and Oracle. Experience with programming languages (preferred but not required): Python, C#, JavaScript. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Experience with Microsoft Azure and APIs. Optional: Experience with enterprise phone systems (Genesys, Five9). Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical data for non-technical audiences. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proven ability to develop, support, and troubleshoot systems and databases. Ability to manage projects, hold vendors accountable, and work independently under pressure. Flexibility to work outside normal hours as needed.
