We are an established casual dining restaurant group committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for passionate and driven Front-of-House Managers to join our leadership team and play a key role in ensuring outstanding service, strong team performance, and smooth daily operations. Position Summary: As a FOH Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing guest service, team development, and operational excellence while upholding our brands high standards. You will be a hands-on leader, setting the tone for service, fostering a positive work culture, and driving guest satisfaction. Manager Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and mentor the FOH team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service. Uphold company service standards while fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Manage guest relations, proactively addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction. Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management. Support daily operations, including floor management and ensuring service efficiency. Work closely with the BOH team to maintain smooth coordination between front and back of house. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, bar, and entry areas. Assist with financial oversight, including labor management and cost controls. Preferred Requirements & Qulaifications

Passionate, tough-minded, problem solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment. 2+ years of experience as a FOH Manager in a casual dining environment. A guest-first mentality with a passion for hospitality. Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and develop teams. Experience with POS systems, scheduling, and team management tools. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Manager Benefits

5-Day work weeks, with many on 4-day work weeks based on restaurant performance Hourly rate boost for assistants up to $2.50 per hour based on KPI achievement Performance-based bonus paid every period (13 periods per year) ?
