Restaurant Manager

for a high-volume, casual Italian restaurant located in Wading River. This beloved local establishment is known for its warm hospitality, classic Italian fare, and lively family-friendly atmosphere. Were looking for a hands-on leader with a strong floor presence who can inspire teams, enhance guest experience, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and consistent execution Lead and develop FOH staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture Collaborate with the culinary team to uphold food quality and timely service standards Maintain labor, inventory, and cost controls in alignment with budget goals Handle scheduling, training, and staff performance management Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Support private dining and special events in coordination with the events team Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty Qualifications:

3+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally in an Italian or casual dining setting Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Proven ability to manage costs, scheduling, and inventory systems Ability to lead from the floor and maintain a consistent guest-first approach Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Passion for hospitality and a genuine commitment to creating memorable guest experiences Compensation & Benefits:
