With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service. Responsibilities
Follow agency procedures for claim intake, consultation, and documentation for client accounts.
Prepare detailed claims reports and maintain organized claim files.
Coordinate with insurance carriers to investigate and resolve complex claims involving property, liability, auto, and workers comp.
Monitor claim progress, settlements, and payments in collaboration with carriers and independent adjusters.
Attend client meetings with producers to support claims servicing and conduct claims reviews.
Provide outstanding customer service through professional, courteous communication and prompt issue resolution.
Foster strong, long-term client relationships by addressing concerns and involving management when necessary.
Qualifications
High School diploma / GED required with minimum of 2+ years of industry related experience Property and Casualty license required (or Equivalent Claims licensing) Applied Epic experience preferred General knowledge of insurance laws Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
