Alera Group is looking for a Client Relationship Coordinator. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team – joining us may be the perfect fit for you! We are passionate about our clients’ success in the areas of Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service. Responsibilities
Ability to fill the Financial Advisors’ schedules with qualified appointments through marketing efforts Calling, qualifying and scheduling prospects Consistent follow-up with prospects and clients Attend and set up seminars and workshops (in the evenings) and book appointments at the conclusion of programs (approximately 1-2 weekly) Accurate entry of data into CRM (Salesforce) system from prospecting & and marketing efforts Work independently and proactively to meet business & department goals Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4-year college degree required). Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills throughout the client conversion process. Persuasive phone skills with experience in appointment scheduling or inside sales. Prior experience in a similar role; telephone/inside sales and financial industry background preferred. Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce experience is a plus. Proven ability to convert prospects into clients. Willingness to work some evenings for events. Additional Information
This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office. Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous paid time off and much more.
