Responsibilities include administrative tasks, tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance coordination to ensure smooth property management. Responsibilities Assist in managing tenant relations, leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks. Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Assist with leasing processes, including showing units, screening tenants, and preparing lease agreements. Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, conduct inspections, and document conditions. Support rent collection and delinquency management. Collaborate with maintenance staff and contractors for repairs and renovations. Maintain records of expenses, income, leasing, and maintenance. Conduct regular property inspections for maintenance and safety issues. Enforce property policies and ensure legal compliance. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for bids and quality services. Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and legal requirements. Qualifications Experience in property management, leasing, or real estate administration. Strong communication and customer service skills. Organized with good time management. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software. Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations. Ability to work independently and in a team. Problem-solving skills and multitasking ability. Real estate license or certification preferred. Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits. Job Type: Full-time. Schedule: 8-hour shift.
