Scrum Master
to lead and support two Agile development teams. This individual will champion Agile values and best practices while driving delivery across cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate has deep experience in Scrum, excels at backlog management, facilitates high-performing teams, and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Responsibilities: Serve as Scrum Master for two Agile teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Scrum Master will facilitate all standard Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Manage team backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners, ensuring stories are well-defined and prioritized Track sprint progress and team velocity using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, VersionOne) Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum best practices Identify and remove blockers to maintain sprint commitments and on-time delivery Act as liaison between teams and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines As a Scrum Master, you will monitor sprint metrics to identify trends and proactively address performance issues Support Agile maturity across the organization by sharing learnings and driving adoption. Requirements Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) required 5+ years of experience as a
Scrum Master leading Agile teams Proven experience managing team backlogs, sprint planning, and cross-functional communication Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) Proficient with
Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Skills: Experience leading distributed or remote teams Experience in telecom, enterprise systems, or fast-paced technology environments Familiarity with scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe) Background in software development, QA, or product management
