HR Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties
Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications Assist with new hire onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Help organize employee engagement events, training sessions, and performance reviews Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed HR Coordinator Qualifications and Skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
