Job Duties: Transform natural language data into useful features using natural language processing (NLP) techniques to design and refine language models for AI assistants/Apps. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and integrate NLP solutions seamlessly into software applications, evaluate, and refine virtual assistance solutions per requirements. Analyze and implement the correct algorithms and tools for natural language processing tasks. Create dialogue flow charts, write dialogue, and test chatbots to ensure they function correctly. Develop custom lexical databases to enhance chatbot comprehension. Monitor virtual assistance/AI assistant performance post lunch through optimization and fine-tuning to ensure user-friendly experience. Contribute to the documentation and knowledge sharing within the organization to foster a collaborative and informed environment. Must be able to travel temporarily to client sites and/or relocate throughout the U.S. Job Requirement: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field. Standard Benefit Applies Minimum Salary: 170,500 Maximum Salary: 170,500 Salary Unit: Yearly
