This job coordinates the daily operations of programs and projects. Coordinates and implements programs, outreach, education, and other projects. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Required - High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred - Bachelors degree. Work Experience
Required 5 years of related experience; OR 3 years of related experience with a bachelors degree. Experience conducting training and public speaking preferred. Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications. Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals. Excellent organizational skills and ability to be detail-oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously while working under minimal supervision. Ability to work before or after regular work hours. Job Duties
Oversees, plans, and facilitates educational events and programs. Upholds quality oversight for the specified program through data maintenance and/or assessment of KPIs. Ensures consistent and timely communication of notifications and events. Assists with marketing of the program, in-services, and educational events and other programs as assigned. May assist with special projects associated with the specified program. Maintains schedule for Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) courses for South Shore. Conducts classroom CPI training for up to 25 participants for South Shore. Maintains CPI Instructor database. Registers and ensures adequate number of CPI Instructors. Main contact with CPI vendor.
