contract to hire Were looking for a forward-thinking Business Analyst to work with biosciences clients, delivering data-driven solutions, managing projects, and providing strategic insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leaders. Key Responsibilities:
Support strategic initiatives like process optimization and market analysis. Partner with client leadership to solve complex challenges. Analyze data and trends to boost performance and inform decisions. Create client deliverables (reports, presentations, dashboards). Manage projects, timelines, and client expectations. Lead workshops and meetings to drive actionable outcomes. Requirements:
Bachelors Degree (business, economic or finance focus preferred) High business acumen. Experience in consulting or strategic roles preferred. Strong data analysis, and project management skills. Flexible communication with great listening skills and ability to ask direct questions. Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau. Experience working with product owners, developing backlogs and writing user stories. Adaptable, proactive, and open to occasional travel. Compensation:
$32.00 -$43.00 per hour on contract / $62,000 -$85,000 at hire #J-18808-Ljbffr
