About the Role: You will define and implement technical/re-sourcing materials productivities and reservoir ideas in line with budget requirements, in collaboration with the segment and site organization. You will support the commodity organization (Segment Leaders) to reach the site negotiation objectives. You will work in front of the material productivity actions and bring suppliers in, in-line with budget timing. You will manage all production components suppliers contracts used by the site on shop floor. You will build up the site budget, together with the site Purchasing Manager, and in liaison with the Segment Leaders. You will implement mitigation action plans at site level. You will handle other Purchasing tasks at the site as directed by your Purchasing Manager. Attend and support plant meetings to drive performance indicators and act on problem solving along with supplier base. What You Should Have: You should have a BA/BS degree, but experience in lieu of education will be considered. You have 3+ years of productivity purchasing experience, preferably in a high-speed manufacturing environment. You have experience in purchasing from the standpoint of engaging in cost reduction negotiations and parts issues negotiations. You must be able to show the ability to work autonomously. Join us!
