Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our advanced manufacturing equipment. This role involves completing assigned maintenance tasks safely and efficiently while coordinating with production schedules and department supervisors. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced manufacturing systems, including robotics, PLCs, and pneumatic/hydraulic equipment. Perform regular inspections, repairs, and replacements of machinery and production equipment. Work in a temperature-controlled environment (typically 45F), with occasional tasks in conditions ranging from -5F to 100F, both indoors and outdoors. Maintain high standards of safety and reliability, including consistent attendance and availability for overtime as needed. Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions for mechanical and electrical issues. Essential Skills: Electrical maintenance Troubleshooting skills Hydraulics Pneumatics Repair and preventive maintenance Ability to read and understand schematics HVAC systems PLC troubleshooting and control Knowledge of 3-phase motors Industrial maintenance Mechanical skills Additional Skills & Qualifications: 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Training in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S is a plus Proficiency in electrical systems, plumbing, and welding Experience with diagnostics, tube bending, and pipe threading Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
