Review collateral and assets for alignment with bank policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations Own all disclosures for the consumer bank, including content and deployment Create and maintain processes and procedures to govern consumer digital and retail deposit accounts Develop and review reports to present to stakeholders Support the ongoing assessment of consumer compliance risk and adequacy of controls Monitor and investigate consumer complaints for timely resolution Assisting with documentation of job aids and operational forms Performs other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications

College degree preferred but commensurate work experience will be considered Must have at least 5 years banking experience with a focus on consumer banking Ability to be well organized, team-player, motivated and flexible with working hours High proficiency in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook Outstanding oral and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented Demonstrated ability and desire to thrive in a challenging fast paced work environment Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively and build relationships both internally and externally Must be flexible and adjust to schedule and adapt to changing business priorities The duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
