Job Description
The Lab Technician is responsible for: Applying GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate Demonstrating and promoting the company vision Regular attendance and punctuality Demonstrating proficiency in chain-of-custody documentation Following written SOPS Communicating with technical departments on sample status Storing and discarding vials in storage area Keeping work area clean and organized Preparing samples and reagents, using various prep procedures; assuring that samples are prepped within required hold time Restocking supplies as needed Assisting with special projects as needed Conducting all activities in a safe and efficient manner Other duties as assigned This is a 1st shift, full-time role: Monday - Friday 7am-330pm. (Role can also be Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat, if the candidate prefers). Training will be M-F 1st shift. Qualifications
Basic Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Computer skills Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English. Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship Ideal candidates will have: A good working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office Previous lab experience Ability to work well with a team, communicate effectively, follow safety protocols, deal with peers and supervisors in a professional manner, retain large volumes of information and follow written and verbal instructions. Pay rate: $17.75 Please note - Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
