Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Travel Coordinator with extensive experience in the Defense Travel System (DTS), Deltek expense reporting, and travel reimbursement tracking. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of travel logistics for government contracts, ensuring compliance with federal travel regulations and customer invoicing requirements. Responsibilities

Coordinate and process travel authorizations, reservations, and expense reports using the Defense Travel System (DTS). Submit and track travel expense reports in Deltek, ensuring timely reimbursements. Reconcile travel expenses and prepare invoices for customer billing. Monitor and track travel-related budget and costs to ensure compliance with government contract requirements. Ensure all travel arrangements comply with the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and Federal Travel Regulations (FTR). Assist travelers with itinerary changes, travel-related problems, expense documentation, and reimbursement issues. Maintain accurate travel records and generate financial reports for leadership. Work closely with finance and contracting teams to ensure all travel-related expenses are properly accounted for and invoiced. Track document acquisition status for travel compliance. Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) to generate reports, track expenses, and communicate travel requirements. Ensure travel processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet contract obligations. Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Travel Coordinator or similar role in a government contracting environment. Proficiency in Defense Travel System (DTS) for booking and tracking travel. Experience submitting and managing travel expenses in Deltek. Strong understanding of JTR and FTR compliance. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing travel records and reimbursements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. SECRET or higher security clearance Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) travel policies. Familiarity with government contracting and invoicing requirements. Knowledge of cost-reimbursable and firm-fixed-price travel billing structures. Company EEO Statement
