The Office Admin
Call Support plays a critical role in supporting centralized guest communication by answering calls on behalf of all Puttery and Drive Shack locations nationwide. This individual will also assist venue management with administrative tasks, employee documentation, and basic data entry needs. This is an onsite role located at Puttery on The Colony, Texas. Work Schedule may vary but based on call volume and operational need we need someone Wednesday - Sunday evenings, 5 PM - Close. Responsibilities Answer inbound guest calls for all 14 Puttery and Drive Shack locations with professionalism and accuracy Provide timely information on venue hours, reservations, location details, and general inquiries Redirect calls and escalate guest concerns when necessary Collect, track, and organize employee paperwork, certifications, and required documentation Deliver venue communication to team members and guests, both in person and via phone or email Assist in tracking and organizing venue financials under management supervision Perform basic data entry as required Support other administrative duties and tasks as assigned by management Core-Skills Strong organizational skills: This job requires collecting, tracking, and organizing a variety of documents and financial records, so strong organizational skills are a must. Attention to detail: Accuracy is critical when it comes to managing employee paperwork, financials, and data entry, so an eye for detail is essential. Strong communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers in person, via telephone or email is crucial to this role. Customer service skills: This position involves interacting with guests on a regular basis, so having strong customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and a desire to create a positive experience for customers is important. Flexibility and adaptability: This job may require working different shifts, including weekends and holidays, and may involve performing a variety of tasks, so being flexible and adaptable is important.
