As the Senior Director of Operations, you will be responsible for leading the production, maintenance and blending teams in our Mainstreet Manufacturing site to world class manufacturing performance levels in support of our North American Operating Unit Supply Chain's long-term strategy. Additionally, the role can also serve as a developmental platform for career progression. Position Related Functions and Key Responsibilities: Responsible for production operations across multiple businesses (Thermal & Juice) as well as oversee and collaborate with functional CoEs supporting the manufacturing operations. Successfully leverage insights, business knowledge and technical expertise to develop a long-range manufacturing network strategy and capacity plan which fosters continuous improvement, supports strategic category growth, and drives a sustained competitive advantage. Ensure strategies are understood and objectives are clearly set throughout the supply chain operations. Assists in managing manufacturing and Supply Chain infrastructure to meet present and future demands of the marketplace. Adequately maintain appropriate human and financial resources to meet business demands; work with CoEs to implement capital plan for buildings, equipment and other assets to support business needs. Provide recommendations on organizational readiness with emphasis on key leadership positions. Oversee procedures and processes; ensure the quality of products and packages through the entire regional supply chain. Verify TCCMS, HACCP and GMP programs are in place and effective. Furnish recommendations on organizational readiness in each operation, with emphasis on key leadership positions. Supply direct reports with leadership, direction, and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills. Support the General Manager while meeting competitive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as required. Education and Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Life Science or related discipline Master's Degree preferred. Minimum 7-10 years related work experience Additional Preferred Skills: Lean, Six Sigma certified highly desirable. Food and/or beverage experience Relevant SAP application experience PET bottle blow molding, ammonia refrigeration operations and maintenance, PSM experience desirable.
