Production Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. This role involves managing a team of 1215 associates across 810 machines, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and team accountability. Responsibilities
Direct and supervise daily activities of 1215 production associates. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback. Enforce company policies and procedures, including disciplinary actions and write-ups. Track and report employee attendance and punctuality. Monitor individual and team performance metrics. Conduct performance reviews and support employee development. Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new associates. Make recommendations for hiring and termination decisions in alignment with HR policies. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Hold team members responsible for meeting expectations and production standards. Essential Skills
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with inventory systems and quality control processes. Experience with disciplinary procedures and performance management. Knowledge of production supervision, continuous improvement, and process improvement. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles. Why Work Here?

The work environment is within a manufacturing setting, with shifts from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. There is very little overtime required. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
