Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and forward-thinking IT Manager to lead and grow our IT department. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, this individual will oversee all areas of ITincluding ERP, CRM, EDI, infrastructure, user support, and software developmentand play a critical role in shaping the company's digital and operational strategy. This is a leadership position that requires a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of systems integration across an enterprise. Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations and strategic direction of the IT department, including ERP, CRM, EDI, infrastructure, and software development. Work cross-functionally to understand departmental workflows and improve processes through software solutions. Interviewing, hiring, and training team members Assigning work, managing performance, and conducting reviews Handling team development, feedback, and disciplinary actions Develop and mentor a high-performing IT team; directly supervise ERP Administrator and IT Infrastructure Supervisor. Manage external IT service providers; negotiate service level agreements and monitor performance. Oversee company network, telephone system, website support, and digital infrastructure. Drive development and integration of ERP (WW-ERP), CRM (Aptean), and related business systems. Oversee documentation and process definition for user support, infrastructure, and development. Collaborate with the Executive Team on design direction and support web initiatives. Participate in 24/7 support rotation as needed. Technical Environment Includes

Four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, or Business and a minimum of seven years related experience, to include supervision; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees of the company and outside contacts. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
