esponsible for
providing day-to-day leadership of staff, Revenue Cycle
Application
Management, Analysis & Reporting, stakeholder management, and vendor management activities for PIH Health. The Manager is accountable for day-to-day management of personnel, including staffing, timekeeping, employee evaluations, counseling, interviewing and
selection
of staff within established guidelines. PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network that serves approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Gabriel Valley region. The fully integrated network is comprised of PIH Health Downey Hospital, PIH Health Good Samaritan Hospital, PIH Health Whittier Hospital, 37 outpatient medical office buildings, a multispecialty medical (physician) group, home healthcare services and hospice care, as well as heart, cancer, digestive health, orthopedics, women's health, urgent care and emergency services. Take ownership of the service-line portfolio(s) includes delivering the business
objectives
(Key performance indicators), the successful transitions, service delivery and cost effectiveness.
Responsible for all staff supporting all revenue cycle solutions.
Maintains operations within budgetary parameters and will be accountable for the financial business cases as needed.
Effectively interacts with all stakeholders, hospital leadership and other team members, while
maintaining
standard of professional business service.
The effective management of staff and delivery of
appropriate productivity
and quality parameters is integral.
Analytical skills to collect and research data; problem solving to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; oral and written communication skills.
Ability to
demonstrate
accuracy and thoroughness,
exhibit
sound and
accurate
judgment
.
Uses time efficiently, reacts well under pressure, treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position, able to deal with frequent change or unexpected events, punctual, proficient in Microsoft Suite of software

Demonstrated management experience and success leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred: Work experience within a hospital/

Bachelor Degree in Business/Healthcare
or equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Minimum Salary
$107,598.00
Maximum Salary
$177,548.00
