Aggregates Plant Manager

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Lead daily operations of the aggregates plant to ensure safe and efficient production Supervise and support plant personnel to meet performance and quality goals Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime Track production metrics and implement process improvements Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a production environment Strong understanding of aggregate plant operations and equipment Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills Clear and professional communication with all levels of the organization Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
