We are hiring a Full Time Night Auditor! As a Night Auditor, you are entrusted with ensuring the seamless continuation of guest service excellence through the overnight hours. With a focus on discretion, accuracy, and anticipation of guest needs, you will balance financial transactions, prepare daily reports, and uphold the standards of our property while acting as the overnight point of contact for all guest interactions. This position blends refined guest service with meticulous attention to accounting detail, supporting the smooth transition into the following day's operations. Key Responsibilities: Warmly welcome late-arriving guests and provide intuitive, personalized service during check-in and check-out. Conduct the nightly audit process with precision, reconciling and balancing all hotel revenue activity in accordance with company standards. Prepare and distribute detailed reports for executive review, including revenue summaries, daily transactions, and occupancy breakdowns. Handle guest requests with urgency and elegance, offering thoughtful solutions and tailored recommendations. Monitor property security and ensure a serene, safe environment for all guests during overnight hours. Execute wake-up calls, transportation arrangements, and special requests with poise and timeliness. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and adjacent guest areas, reflecting the high standards of the hotel at all times. Communicate notable events or guest preferences to morning leadership to ensure seamless service continuity. Uphold the confidentiality and integrity of all guest information and financial records. Serve as a gracious brand ambassador during all interactions, embodying our commitment to excellence, discretion, and care. Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience in luxury hospitality or a 4- or 5-star hotel preferred. Strong knowledge of property management systems (e.g., Opera, SynXis, or similar). Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in financial reconciliation. Sophisticated communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor. Proven ability to work independently and maintain poise under pressure. Flexible availability including overnights, weekends, and holidays. Physical & Working Conditions: Must be able to remain on feet for extended periods. Occasionally required to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
