Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you will report to the Senior Product Owner and lead digital transformation initiatives focused on our life insurance and annuity sales, new business and servicing processes. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage projects, engage with diverse stakeholders, and ensure seamless project execution within tight timelines. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to structure, define, and implement initiatives. As an integral member of the team, the Product Owner will have the opportunity to work with leaders across the organization to deliver initiatives that will shape the future of the Life, Individual Retirement, and Retirement Services businesses. Responsibilities include: Execution of projects within an enterprise-level digital program Customer experience design Business case development Planning & product road mapping Adoption & value realization Reporting & risk management Leadership We are looking for someone with: Industry knowledge Program management & digital transformation experience Working knowledge Communication excellence Execution mindset and a demonstrated ability to drive results Customer-first mindset Strong people leadership and team player Skills and qualifications include: Operations strategy role Agile experience User-centric design Analytics background Communication skills Bachelor's degree Change management Matrixed organization experience Compensation for this position is $82,400-$115,300, with a discretionary bonus and a range of benefits including health, wellness, retirement savings, and paid time off.
