Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative solutions that align with business objectives, serving as a design resource for all marketing communications. Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets by applying brand guidelines, typography, photography and other design elements. Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials including web pages, social media graphics, brochures, logos, signage, books, magazine covers, annual reports and advertisements. Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines. Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications, pre-determined timelines and budget restrictions. Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate. Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other relevant software. Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all project proofs and final deliverables. Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect client specifications. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, particularly in financial services. Familiarity with brand development and designing for multichannel marketing campaigns. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative thinking. Uses creativity to tackle design challenges with thoughtful solutions. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web. Solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color theory and branding. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, various other design tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus. Experience with motion graphics or animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus. Excellent eye for detail.
