Responsibilities include: Perform advanced valuation and work with other team members using cash flow analysis with Argus and Excel. Appraisals are done annually and at origination will require a review and challenge with the MAI appraiser to ensure accuracy. Produce analysis and presentations for senior management on year-over-year changes in the portfolio. Checking the accuracy of the Argus file with work with our internal risk model quarterly and respond to Audit questions. Argus model version update approver
making sure that the model will work for the team. Coordinate with the India team who is responsible for maintaining key appraisal stats. Skills and qualifications required include: BA/BS required Hold or willing to obtain an MAI designation for Commercial Real Estate 5+ years of related commercial real estate experience Strong organizational, communication, quantitative and leadership skills Produce presentations This position is based in Corebridge Financial's Houston, TX office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
