Program Manager
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive excellence and improvements in process safety. The successful candidate will have a strong background in process safety and program management, with expertise in managing complex initiatives and leading cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting Manage and direct cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of corrective actions, projects, and initiatives Coordinate with stakeholders, including government entities, regulatory agencies, and internal teams Communicate complex technical projects to non-technical stakeholders Analyze program data and metrics to optimize process safety performance, minimize risks, and identify areas for improvement Drive and implement process and procedure improvements across the organization Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and RAGAGEP to ensure continuous improvement of PSM and RMP programs Required Education, Experience, & Skills Candidate is self-driven, proactive, and influential Candidate has expert communication skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, with a focus on process safety and regulatory compliance in a chemical manufacturing environment Proven track record of managing complex projects and programs, with expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Experience with project management tools and software Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field 10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on process safety and regulatory compliance in a chemical manufacturing environment Certification in program management, such as PMP or Agile Experience administering or managing PSM programs Familiarity with lean or six sigma methodologies, and experience with process improvement initiatives Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $106654 - $181311. Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
