Job Title
Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal sheets and plates. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup and production requirements. Select appropriate tooling and dies for each job. Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances. Make machine adjustments as needed to ensure product quality and minimize waste. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals and deadlines. Accurately record production data in logs or computer systems. Experience as a machine operator for at least 1 year. Prior demonstration of machine setup skills. Proficiency with precision tools such as calipers and micrometers. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience in metal fabrication is a plus. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment. 10:00pm - 6:30am, Sunday - Thursday. OT As Needed. Saint Charles, Missouri. The pay range for this position is $19.52 - $20.09/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
