We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to support environmental monitoring activities in a regulated cleanroom environment. This role involves routine sampling, accurate data entry, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. A strong understanding of aseptic techniques and a keen eye for detail are essential. Key Responsibilities: Conduct environmental monitoring of production cleanrooms, including during aseptic processing and media fills, using: Non-viable particle counters Contact plates Microbial air samplers Perform utility sampling (e.g., WFI, purified water, compressed gases) using appropriate monitoring equipment Read and enumerate microbial plates Accurately enter data into tracking systems Ensure compliance with ICH, GMP, and safety regulations Promptly report unexpected results, deviations, or equipment issues to management Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related scientific field Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment Demonstrated proficiency in aseptic technique Prior leadership experience is preferred Additional Information
What to Expect in the Hiring Process: 10-15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter 45-60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leader Additional Details: The position is full-time, first shift, Monday-Friday from 8 am-4:30pm. Candidates must be flexible to adapt to schedule changes requiring shift changes and/or weekend work, and overtime may be required as needed.
