The ADEF Team is hiring a Test Engineer that design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products. Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Key Responsibilities of a Staff Test Engineer: Lead the full test development process for breakthrough and derivative products. Collaborate with design teams to implement Design for Manufacturing and Design for Testing techniques. Resolve highly complex technical issues in new development products. Define and implement comprehensive factory cost improvements. Drive new product development and manufacturing release processes. Demonstrate high motivation and strong interpersonal skills as a team-oriented individual. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or related fields. U.S. citizenship. Comprehensive understanding of test solutions across multiple test platforms. Ability to develop entirely original test solutions for breakthrough products. Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of related and progressive experience. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Electronics or a related field of study. Proven ability to innovate, leading to patents or trade secrets. Developed leadership skills. Expertise in test automation frameworks using tools such as NI LabWindows CVI, NI LabView, NI TestStand, Python, C#, and Keysight OpenTap. Proficiency with RF/Microwave and Mixed-Signal test equipment, including network analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and phase noise analyzers.
