The Customer Service Supervisor ensures the efficient operation of the front end of the store. They lead a sales team passionate about selling merchandise and ensuring a good customer experience. Primary Responsibilities include greeting and acknowledging every customer, resolving customer service issues, merchandising products, maintaining the front end, ensuring operational expectations are met, assisting with front end associates, and completing additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications include minimum of one to two years' retail experience, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact well with others. Physical Requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods. Ollie's is an equal opportunity employer.
