Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing: Travelling to Heidelberg's worksites throughout GA to help maintain aggregate production equipment. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly. Train and mentor maintenance team members. What Are We Looking For: Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Commitment to continuous improvement and team development. Conditions of Employment: Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment: Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
