Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders. Operate fabrication tools such as saws, grinders, drill presses, and shears. Measure, cut, and assemble metal components. Perform MIG/TIG welding as needed. Inspect finished products for quality and conformance. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times. Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of fabrication or manufacturing experience. Basic knowledge of hand tools and shop equipment. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and quality. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. High school diploma or GED preferred.
