Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM Overtime: Required as needed Pay Rate: $15+ per hour (based on experience) Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders Weld components using MIG, TIG, or stick welding techniques Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts to specifications Operate fabrication machinery such as grinders, saws, and press brakes Inspect welds and fabricated parts for quality and precision Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Support team goals and meet production deadlines Perform overtime as needed based on project demand Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum of 2 years of welding or metal fabrication experience Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety practices Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on your feet for long hours Welding certification is a plus, but not required What We Offer:
