What You'll Do
In conjunction with the medical plan of care and under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse, continuously assesses the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families. Implements appropriate interventions and evaluates effectiveness and adjusts assignments as indicated in a timely manner. Reports the patient's clinical status to the Registered Nurse upon completion of task(s). Freeman Perks and Programs
