The CVOR consists of two large surgical suites and a state-of-the-art hybrid suite, where we perform a full range of cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and endovascular procedures. no prior cardiac or OR experience required. We provide thorough training for the right person, someone who is motivated, adaptable, and excited to be part of a close-knit team. This position includes minimal call, offering a great opportunity to develop specialized surgical skills in a supportive environment. In conjunction with the medical plan of care and under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse, continuously assesses the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families. Implements appropriate interventions and evaluates effectiveness and adjusts assignments as indicated in a timely manner. Reports the patient's clinical status to the Registered Nurse upon completion of task(s).
