This senior-level operations coaching role focuses on establishing operational frameworks, providing technical guidance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across wind energy operations. The position involves developing coaching structures for Wind Operations teams, managing assessment programs, and serving as a technical resource for site-level challenges. Key responsibilities include piloting strategic projects like the SR/QI Empowerment initiative with EOSS, coordinating peer assessment programs, and facilitating knowledge sharing across multiple operational hubs. The role requires strong networking and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including RREs (Renewable Resource Engineers) on mission-critical issues, while also supporting technician development through quality improvement initiatives and participating in advanced development programs. Employees in this role are responsible for the assessment, management, and planning of activities to ensure all plant equipment is operational and available to support plant production requirements. This includes technical support for daily operations, plant and process improvements, equipment acquisition, plant breakdown and analysis, and recommending corrective actions. Job Duties & Responsibilities
Trains production personnel
Ensures that all production activities are completed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
Conducts activities in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and consistent with PGD policies, procedures, and practices
Performs other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications
High School Grad / GED
Experience: 4+ years Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
