Operating with significant autonomy and influence, you will drive market presence through direct engagement with geographic or named customer accounts, focusing on expanding existing relationships and cultivating new business opportunities. This senior position serves as a key contributor in a complex sales environment, representing ADI as the principal customer contact while contributing to broader sales strategy development and business planning. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for key accounts with significant revenue potential Identify, cultivate, and maintain strategic OEM/VAR partnerships to enhance market presence Lead complex sales initiatives and direct the work of others without formal management responsibilities Represent the company as principal customer contact for significant accounts and interact with management and senior customer personnel on cross-organizational matters Deliver sophisticated technical solutions tailored to address specific customer challenges Prospect for and secure new business opportunities in complex sales environments Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members, sharing expertise and best practices Contribute to sales strategy development, forecasting, and business planning efforts Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to anticipate changes and redirect efforts accordingly Must Have Skills: Technical Product Knowledge:
Expert-level understanding of product specifications and technical details with ability to serve as a technical authority across product lines and provide authoritative guidance in complex customer environments Solution Selling:
Advanced capability to architect and present sophisticated technical solutions addressing multifaceted customer challenges, including enterprise-wide systems and multi-product integrations Technical Consultation:
Comprehensive proficiency in advising customers on product integration and compatibility across varied applications, providing strategic guidance on optimizing performance in challenging environments System & Application Knowledge:
Mastery of how products fit into broader systems with ability to develop comprehensive solutions across multiple technology domains and anticipate future integration requirements Competitive Product Analysis:
Strategic knowledge of the competitive landscape with ability to position ADI products advantageously in highly competitive situations and articulate unique value propositions that influence critical buying decisions Data Analysis & Reporting:
Expert ability to analyze complex sales data, market trends, and customer requirements to develop territory strategies and create accurate forecasts that align with strategic business objectives Strategic Communication:

Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: Yes, 25% of the time The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $159,068 to $218,719. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
