As part of the enterprise Strategy & Transformation Office, the incumbent will collaborate with executives and stakeholders across the organization to assist in the development and improvement of key enterprise strategic initiatives. The Associate Strategy Partner plays different potential roles on a given project, to include elements of project management, problem-solving, data analytics, market analysis, team development, communication, and implementation. The incumbent assists in the development of the strategy for a given initiative, works on multiple projects, gets exposure to all parts of the organization, and plays a supportive role in developing and refining the overall organization strategy. This position is based out of the Pittsburgh or Buffalo office with an in-office requirement Tuesday through Thursday. Essential Responsibilities Support key strategic initiatives across Enterprise. Role will vary depending on initiative, but will include elements of project management, problem-solving, data analytics, team development, communication, and implementation. Will participate on a portfolio of projects. Participate in the development of strategic plans for the Enterprise and the key business units of the Enterprise. Help develop standard analytics and processes to use in leading various strategic initiatives. Play a role in shaping the culture and skill set of the organization. Other duties as assigned or requested. Education Required Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Health Administration, Public Health or closely related discipline or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree. Preferred Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Health Administration, or Public Health Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategic Planning or related work experience Preferred 1 year of experience in Consulting 3 years of experience in the Health Care Industry 3 years of experience in Cross-Functional Project Teams Skills Project Management Change Management Problem Solving & Decision Making Analytical and Logical Reasoning/Thinking Analytical Skills Influence and Persuasion Collaboration Tolerance for Ambiguity Language (Other than English): None Travel Requirement: 0% - 25% Physical, Mental Demands and Working Conditions Position Type Office-based Teaches / trains others regularly Occasionally Travel regularly from the office to various work sites or from site-to-site Rarely Works primarily out-of-the office selling products/services (sales employees) Never Physical work site required Yes Lifting: up to 10 pounds Constantly Lifting: 10 to 25 pounds Occasionally Lifting: 25 to 50 pounds Rarely
