Hiring Mechanical Install Technicians
We are seeking a skilled technicians to join our growing team in Aurora, CO. As a technician, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various components for our vehicles and trailers. PAY: $23.00hr - $28.00hr (depending on experience/opportunity for advancement) SHIFT: 1st shift, Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-5:00pm *currently working overtime on Fridays, expect to work 40-50 hours a week Qualifications:
3+ years of mechanical or carpentry experience (*preferably in an industrial setting) Safety oriented and conscious Electrical experience is a plus* Any OSHA cert is a plus* Job Description:
75% mechanical and 25% electrical builds. Assemble and install mechanical and electrical components/equipment into trailers, vans, RVs, etc. Utilize hand and power tools to install and assemble mechanical and electrical components. Install and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical assemblies (wiring harnesses, control switches, hydraulic components, etc.) Interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and assembly instructions to assure proper set up, functionality, quality and accuracy of product. Responsible for in-process inspection and quality aspects step by step to assure accuracy and completion. Work Environment:
Work primarily on the shop floor with vehicle and trailer assembly lines. Exposure to moderate noise, moving equipment, and possible chemicals or solventsPPE may be required. The typical work schedule is Monday to Thursday, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with Friday overtime (Currently, the schedule is 5 days, 10 hours each.) Our benefits package includes medical coverage, life, and disability insurance, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance starting the first of the month after 30 days of employment. We offer personal time off, educational assistance benefits, and a 401(k) with company match after 90 days. The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
