Job Summary We are hiring skilled assembly technicians to build high-power electric equipment such as traction inverters used in transport applications. This role involves mechanical and electrical assembly, wiring, and integration of heavy components according to engineering drawings and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Assemble electrical enclosures, busbars, wiring harnesses, and cooling components. Interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and work instructions. Perform torque tightening, cable routing, connector installation, and labeling. Handle and install heavy and sensitive power electronics modules. Conduct basic continuity and insulation resistance checks using multimeters and other test tools. Follow high-voltage safety and PPE procedures (e.g., arc flash gear, lockout/tagout). Report non-conformities and work closely with QA and engineering teams. Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with all safety rules. Requirements: ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics (or equivalent hands-on experience). 2+ years of experience in assembling power electronics, switchgear, or industrial panels. Ability to lift and work with heavy components safely. Basic knowledge of HV safety standards and tools. Ability to follow assembly documentation and wiring standards. Ability to use the measuring equipment and to test the final product according the test procedure Preferred: Familiarity with inverter systems, IGBT modules, or power cabinets. Certification in Electrical Safety or IPC/WHMA-A-620 (wiring standards).
