Oversee the full field operations of high-end custom home construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate daily jobsite activities and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and labor to ensure adherence to schedule and quality standards. Ensure that work is performed in accordance with architectural plans, client expectations, and luxury-level finish standards. Maintain a strong relationship with clients, architects, and designers to ensure seamless communication throughout the project. Enforce site safety and cleanliness at all times. Conduct regular site meetings, monitor progress, and report on job status to the project management team. 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a strong background in high-end custom home projects valued at $10M or more. Deep knowledge of luxury residential construction, including high-end finishes, millwork, MEP coordination, and structural systems. Proven ability to lead job sites with professionalism, precision, and excellent client communication. Detail-oriented and quality-driven, with a proactive and hands-on leadership style. Strong organizational and scheduling skills using software such as Procore or Buildertrend is a plus. What's On Offer
