Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment and machinery Execute preventative maintenance to ensure operational reliability and safety Collaborate with operations teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance Operate hand and power tools, welding equipment, and mobile machinery as needed Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently Familiarity with welding, fabrication, hydraulics, and heavy equipment Capable of following procedures and maintaining accurate maintenance records Adaptable to changing priorities and effective in a team-oriented environment Strong awareness of safety practices and risk mitigation Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. What We Offer
