Todo Turno disponible con horas extras!! The operador de mquina is responsible for operating the machinery for mixing, combining, and packaging food in a food manufacturing plant. The position requires understanding, following, and enforcing the company's recognized safety, health, and quality policies, procedures, and practices. Operate and manage food mixing, combining, and packaging machinery. Configure and troubleshoot packaging machines and manage equipment changes. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test machinery, and make necessary adjustments. Observe machine operation to ensure product quality and compliance with standards. Adjust machine flow or speed as needed. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. Essential skills: More than 2 years of experience in operating mixing, combining, and/or packaging machines. Essentially, compliance with the BPM is required. Ability to perform equipment changes.
