As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will play a pivotal role in interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure that newly implemented technology solutions meet these requirements. Your collaboration with technical teams will be crucial in designing and delivering effective system architecture solutions. Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage and deliver complex processes and solutions while maintaining a strong focus on quality and risk management. Your responsibilities will include: Leading large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams. Supervising the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions. Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met. Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements. Demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and possess strong business acumen in Order-to-Cash domain. Understanding the impact of master data and hierarchies on the Order-to-Cash process. Consistently delivering quality client services. Leading client workshops, meetings to collect and understand user stories. Leading and inspiring diverse teams by providing constructive feedback and coaching. Generating new business opportunities. Encouraging and supporting the professional development of team members. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
A Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is preferred. Typically, 5 - 7 years of relevant experience. At least eight years of experience working within SAP Order-to-Cash; deep functional and technical experience in Sales and Distribution (SD) modules in SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC, with the ability to design, solution, configure, implement, and document complex WRICEF objects. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Proven ability to lead client relationships and internal teams, with strong project management expertise and a successful track record in delivering SAP projects and managing project-based teams. Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior consulting experience relevant to industry-specific finance and technology functions. Skills in training design and delivery. Ability and comfort-level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies. A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%. What We Look For
